On the morning of April 30, the May First Auto & Housing Fair 2016 kicked off at Zhuhai Sports Center. 24 hot-sale housing projects and 52 auto dealers carried more than 260 major models to attend the exhibition, which attracted tens of thousands of audience to select houses and buy cars and ignited the new point of excitement in the market of Zhuhai once again.

Projects from Zhongshan mainly include projects familiar to the citizens such as Huafa Guanshanshui, Yufeng Mingmen, Zhong'ao Chuncheng, Yucheng Jinwan, Hailun Yinxiang, Dongcheng Panshan Central City, Dongcheng Tianyue, Dongcheng Wenquanli, Yingfu International, Yuhai Oasis, Jiajing Kangcheng, Jinxiu International Huacheng, Huanhao Yaju, Youyue Shangri and Yunshan Yasu.

For example, Yuhai Oasis offered a 4% discount for payment at a lump and a 3% discount for payment on installment; Jinxiu International mainly promoted 92-110 ㎡ three-room units and 134 ㎡ four-room units of the hotel cluster, which offered a 8% discount for an advance payment of 5,000 Yuan for foreign style houses and a 8% discount for an advance payment of 20,000 Yuan for stores.

Zeng Wenxiong, a regional sales manager of Great Aim Group, told the reporter that the company is a loyal fan of Zhuhai Daily and actively participates in the exhibition each year. This time, they ordered a booth of more than 140 ㎡ in the event, and released Phase III of Lingfeng International--Fenghuangjun project, which was popular among home buyers. Within three short days from its opening on April 28, 228 of the 384 units offered had been sold.
Zeng said, Great Aim has maintained a close cooperation with Zhuhai Daily for years because the exhibition could achieve a good sales effect. Other exhibitors also expressed the similar views to the reporter.
Zhang Guofei, deputy general manager of Taofang Net, said that they were a real estate distribution platform and an Internet based real estate portal net that has been established for less than a year. To attract attention from more citizens to their WeChat platform as soon as possible, they chose to attend the event and prepared gifts such as smart watches and dolls for the citizens who had come to the exhibition.
