To sort out the influential brands of China in 2006 and explore the development direction for construction of Chinese brands in the future, the "3rd Summit Forum on Influence of Chinese Brands" was held grandly at the Great Hall of the People on January 31, 2007. Wang Yongbin, chief editor of Market Paper of People's Daily, a principal of the hosting unit, made a welcoming address. Tang Yuan, director of the Industry, Traffic and Trade Department of the State Council, made a themed speech "Trend and Development Tactics of Macro Economy of China". Wu Gaohan, the news spokesperson of China Consumers Association, made a theme speech "Consumers and Brands". The meeting was attended by 31 guests including Zhang Huaixi, vice chairman of the CPPCC, Tomur Dawamat, vice chairman of the 9th standing committee of NPC and Wang Wenyuan, vice chairman of the 9th CPPCC.
Nominated by the public and industry insiders, the shortlisted brands (products) were publicized and voted by the public on several authoritative websites such as People's Net, Sohu, China Brand Net, China United Business News Net and Sunshine 315 Net. Based on the scoring result of "voting by the public, appraised by the judge panel", Zhuhai Great Aim Group was selected among the "top ten most influential brands in the real estate development market of China" in the third session of the event (2006), while Chairman Yang won the honorary title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur for Construction of Chinese Brands" in the third session of the event (2006). Ms. Xu Wen, chairman assistant of the group, was entrusted by Chairman Yang to attend the forum and receive the above awards.

The China Entrepreneur Summit 2006 was held grandly at China World Hotel of Beijing from December 9 to 10, 2006.
Great Aim is a member of the national council of Chinese entrepreneurs. Chairman Yang, president Yu Daoqun, administrative supervisor Xie Hanying and chairman assistant Xu Wen traveled to Beijing to attend the annual event. The theme of the annual event was "Chinese commercial ethics in the era of globalization". The meeting announced that Liu Chuanzhi (chairman of the board of Legend Holdings), Zhang Ruimin (CEO of Haier Group), Lu Guanqiu (chairman of the board of Wanxiang Group) have won "Award for Life-time Achievements of Entrepreneurs in 2006", and another 25 entrepreneurs including Wang Shi have won the honorary title of "Most Influential Entrepreneurs in 2006". Guests such as Wu Jinglian, a senior researcher of the Development Research Center of the State Council and Kenichi Ohmae, a famous strategist of Japan, made keynote speeches in the meeting.
