On the afternoon of November 25, 2015, general manager of Zhuhai Great Aim Property Consultant Co., Ltd. organized all management staff and principal of each project to hold a special session at the conference room of the headquarters of Great Aim Property and study the spirit of board meeting of the group and the spirit of Chairman Yang's Life Exploration behind Benny Award.

I. Studying the spirit of 2nd enlarged board meeting of the group in 2015
General manager of the company conveyed the spirit of 2nd enlarged board meeting, and raised objectives such as comprehensively and deeply implementing the spirit of the meeting, promoting the foundation of thoughts and understanding, analyzing the new situation and new tasks encountered, and discussed and studied the keynote speech made by Chairman Yang in the meeting.
By studying four key contents of Yang's keynote speech, all attendees of the company have thought clearly and found targets and direction. They have considered "Navigation for life quality pursuers" as lifeline of their work, taken "improving service quality" as the fundamental of their work, made investigations and solved actual problems and offered quality services and transformed their working style, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of property service.
II. Studying the spirit of Chairman Yang's Life Exploration behind Benny Award
Competing with more than 3,000 competitors from around the world, Chairman Yang has taken the photos for seven years, not for winning an award, but for calling on Chinese nationals to pay attention to and protect the environment as a senior real estate industry insider. The album of photos taken by him, Pursuing Dream in Wilderness, has won him double awards of Benny Award, "Best of All Gold Award" and "Best Exhibit Award". The works have made all people with Great Aim Property to more deeply understand the spirit of "No stop until perfection is achieved".
III. Progress of thoughts of all people after the study activity
General manager of the company hoped that through the study, each attendee can boldly speak out their new ideas for work in the future, exchange with each other, gain experience and correct mistakes.
Led by the general manager, everyone was in high spirits. Some said, after studying for an afternoon, they had realized that "Navigation for life quality pursuers" was already not just a concept in corporate culture, but also a goal in the persistent pursuit of perfection. Others said, after the study, they had better understood the seemingly simple truth of "conduct goes before work". After growing for 21 years, the enterprise has become increasingly strong, which must be the result of continuous learning, innovation and always requiring oneself with a higher standard. In the future, they will cling to this faith in their work. Some felt guilty about the comments made by Chairman Yang that "the property management in the later stage is not good enough and left behind some big brand developers, which is a shame existing in the products of the enterprise at present". They expressed that they will fulfill their duties, catch up with the pace of the group and try their best to be a force of the group. Some others felt that with such a leader, the group will be much better in the future. As a person engaged in property management, they will take the present work as their interest, take each trivial thing as their career, and they are firmly convinced that pities will soon become bright spots.
After everyone spoke actively, general manager of Great Aim Property also expressed his views, who said, by studying the life exploration of Chairman Yang behind his winning Benny Award, three focuses were summarized, namely, three "studying", two "understanding" and one "reflecting". The first studying refers to persisting firmly in doing whatever things; the second studying refers to insisting on protection of ecological environment; the third studying refers to insisting on the spirit of no stop until achievement of perfection in behaving or doing things. The first understanding refers to understanding that the spirit of perfection seeking is needed for any details as expressed by Chairman Yang in "best quality should be pursued in each step" for the real estate industry. The other understanding refers to activeness and passiveness. The former is the original intention of "Navigation for life quality pursuers", while the latter is about the shortages of products. In our property management work, as long as we have done all things well, there will be no passive situation. The reflecting refers to the reflection on how to do work well and how to provide better service to the owners in the next step. We can understand the property fee paid by the owners as buying enjoyment with money. The enjoyment of a comfortable life is more than basic areas such as greening, security and cleaning, but also includes fast, convenient and considerate services.
On the study of spirit of 2nd enlarged board meeting of the group in 2015, general manager of Great Aim Property expressed that as an attendee of the meeting, he has summarized two "philosophies", six "spirits" and two "understandings". The first philosophy is the tenet of "Navigation for life quality pursuers" and the other philosophy is unyielding and being always convinced that solutions will outnumber difficulties. Six spirits are as follows,
1. The construction of clean and honest administration should start from the source.
2. Compiling the management systems of the group.
3. We get together to be a ball of fire, and separate to be stars all over the sky. A single spark can start a prairie fire. Every person with the group is a spark of the group. All people get together into a ball of fire.
4. The spirit of tree and vine, behaving as uprightly as a tree and doing work as down-to-earth as a vine.
5. The rise of Great Aim's real estate is compared to "a light boat passing through shipwrecks and a green tree in a withered forest".
6. Each position and each employee of Great Aim is an indispensible "screw" of the group. Leaders of the group recognize the sacrifice and hard work of each employee. Two understandings are about the construction of "five offerings" for the youngsters working in the group and the dialectic relationship between contribution and credit for hard work.
"I have persisted in my interest in such a way that I also pursue perfection." The remark made by Chairman Yang in an interview with the reporter made employees of Great Aim Property understand the truth that work should start from interest and perfection originates from persistence. In the property work in the future, all people of Great Aim will persist for interest and perfection whole-heartedly, and try to do better in details that were not good enough. In the development of white light technology and real estate of the group with equal efforts, as an extension and continuous industry of traditional real estate industry, the pities in property service in the past will turn into dynamic force for Great Aim Property in the future.
