On the afternoon of January 31, the "Work Summary Meeting of the Group for 2015 & Commendation Ceremony" was held at the Starlight Conference Center of Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel.
On the meeting, President Yu Daoqun made a report on work summary of the group in 2015 and the work mentality for 2016 and announced the evaluation results of each unit in 2015. In the report he pointed out, in 2015 the group received a baptism of "transformation and rebirth", which laid down a solid foundation for the group to leap to be a real estate enterprise worth a hundred billion Yuan. In 2015, the group's real estate segment took root in Shenzhen and Zhuhai and actively engaged in the urban renewal and reconstruction of Longgang industrial zone of Longgang, Shenzhen. The high-tech segment has achieved a breakthrough in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, which began to create benefits. President Yu said, in 2016, the group should continue to step up efforts in the development of existing projects in Shenzhen and Zhuhai closely around the strategic deployment made by the board of the group, strengthen the construction of management system, carry on the concept of navigation for life quality pursuers and keep optimizing its product structure.
Yang Zhixiong, vice chairman of the board, made a summary report on the projects and work of the group's real estate segment in 2015. Yang firstly objectively commented on each work achievement made in real estate segment in 2015, and summarized experience and lessons and put forward improvement suggestions for the management problems existing in the real estate segment. He pointed out that all people of Great Aim should face mistakes in work squarely, draw lessons from experience, enhance their own capabilities to embrace challenges in the new year. In the report, Yang put forward specific requirements on the management of real estate segment in 2016 and raised a strategic conception of continuing to develop the markets of Shenzhen and Zhuhai in the following three years.
It was noteworthy that this year a special award has been added to the appraisal and selection of excellent employees--"an award for integrity and law-abiding". Chairman Yang spoke high of Wang Zhenhua who has won the award. He is the deputy director of the group's budget and settlement center and director of the cost control center of Shenzhen. He has fulfilled his duties and resisted numerous temptations and done the work excellently. Wang Zhenhua is also an excellent representative of the second generation of employees of the group. His father has worked hard with the group's budget and settlement center until retirement, who has always been strict with himself and done work excellently. The father and son are interpreting the common traits of all people in Great Aim: diligence, carefulness, activeness and optimism, just like the core spirit of the group: Behave as uprightly as the tree, do as steadily as vines.
On the afternoon of January 31, the 2016 spring gala and dinner of the group was held grandly at Millennium Hall.
The party kicked off with the festive dance Better and Better. The melodious piano for dancing Eulogy of Tree and Vine was enchanting; the collective dance Vitality and Youth filled the site with enthusiasm; the enthusiastic performance Dream Pursuers of Great Aim pushed the party to a climax; the spontaneous games at the site aroused laughter and praises among the audience...
The party was organized and led by employees of the group and a concentrated reflection of the group's corporate culture. The party staged diversified performances such as singing, piano performance, dancing, guitar performance, variety shows and stage play, which pushed the party to climaxes and aroused constant applauses. The whole party was wonderful and displayed distinctive youth and a strong corporate culture, and exhibited the unique mien of all people of the group. The wonderful interaction and active participation at the site had closely linked all people together, which was consistent with the theme of the party--"Pursuing the dream with one heart, crossing the peak" and foreboded the wishes of Great Aim in the new year.
