The product release of the 1.50 million ㎡ riverbank bay area project as a gift for Shenzhen from Great Aim Group was held grandly at the banquet hall of Shenzhen Four Season Hotel in Futian district at 2:30 pm on April 8, with a theme of "Riverbank Bay Area, Central Residential Quarter".

Longgang, the core of the east of Shenzhen and the second high-tech district. As the first project developed by the group in Shenzhen, Great Aim Central City lies in Longteng area of Longgang, which is the core of core, near Jixiang Station of Metro Line 3. The area is being planned and upgraded into a central circle of the metropolis with a total scale of approximately 6 million ㎡, integrating commerce, high-tech industries, office, residences, leisure and entertainment, among which the planned floor area of Central City will reach 1.50 million ㎡.
Phase I occupies a land of approximately 32,000 ㎡, with a total floor area of approximately 103,000 ㎡. The community is built along Longgang River, which overlooks the wetland park and Genzon Golf Course across the river. The project consists of high-rise buildings and multi-floor garden houses and has built a great corridor integrating the river views and city park landscapes. The group pays particular attention to the full use of water in the environment. The Lanbo Shui'an community in Zhongshan which has been completed for years and the mother river of Zhongshan bring out the best in each other, which has become an urban landmark of Zhongshan. With the largest inland waterway fountain in Asia and themed LED lights with an artistic design on the river's bank, Great Aim Group has developed the project from the height of a city operator and made a prominent contribution to enable Zhongshan City to win several honors such as "Award of the UN for progress in best habitat environment" and "The happiest city in China". Longgang River is the mother river of Longgang. By applying its years of experience in creating the environment for waterfront communities, the group has chosen to build another landmark at the bank of Longgang River and compose a new chapter of "Navigation for life quality pursuers" with a vision of blending the endowed natural conditions and originality.
Phase II and III plan to cover a land of 247,000 ㎡, with a floor area of approximately 1.42 million ㎡. In planning the project, the group has made a series of forward-looking and complete thinking. In its product positioning, it has blended a lot of internationally advanced technologies and configurations such as large panel structure design, intelligent joint control system, same-floor water drainage system, central dust collection system, external sun-shading system, constant temperature and humidity fresh air (PM2.5) filtering system, the basement equipped with Tesla car charging pile, indoor horizon swimming pool, only with an aim to create a "futurisc complex" that is smart, environment friendly and luxurious and live up to the resources of the land which is the only of the kind.
Carrying a spirit of tree and vine, the group has implemented an "urban operation strategy" across the country and the world. The group has developed and created brands one after another. From the deluxe mansions near Macau, Yuehai International to the waterfront community Lanbowan, from Dengdu Huating that has made a record in development scale at a time to the seascape deluxe mansions Longteng Bay, from Nanwan International that has established a benchmark for fine decoration to Haiyun Xingwan that has defined the standard of deluxe mansion, after 22 years of accumulation and deposition, the real estate segment of the group has formed a development scale with an annual development volume of over 1 million ㎡.
In 2010, Chairman Yang took the initiative to propose "Navigation for life quality pursuers" as the philosophy for the real estate development of the group.
