Recently, after going through a strict appraisal by experts of China Construction Industry Association, Great Aim International Building has stood out from 437 green construction demonstrative projects of the state and become the only green construction demonstrative project of Zhuhai. The International Building is an international 5A intelligent comprehensive office building, invested and developed by the group and integrating office, conference, convention and exhibition, R&D and commerce.
It was learned that in accordance with Administrative Measures (Tentative) for Green Construction Demonstrative Projects of National Architectural Industry, a total of 437 green construction demonstrative projects from different industries across the country have passed the review, among which 14 projects are from Guangdong Province. As the only green construction demonstrative project of Zhuhai, under the green construction planning scheme, Great Aim International Building has strictly carried out process management during the construction period, saved resources, protected the environment, reduced pollution, conformed to related requirements and highlighted its bright spots to the largest extent. At present, the project has passed the evaluation for a green construction demonstrative project of national architectural industry, which has been publicized on the official website of China Architecture Industry Association.
The person in charge of the project of Jiangsu Huajian said that Jiangsu Huajian will well manage the green construction demonstrative project, actively apply and innovate green construction technologies to get ready for the inspection and review made by China Architecture Industry Association on the green construction demonstrative project of national architecture industry in the second half of this year, strictly in accordance with Guide Rule for Green Construction, Detailed Rules of National Architecture Industry for Implementation of Green Construction Demonstrative Projects and Standards for Evaluation of Green Construction of Architecture Engineering. The project has been certified as a national green construction demonstrative project, which cannot do without the hard work of all employees of the project department and has laid down a good foundation for the project to be appraised as excellent.
