Around 10:30 am on June 21, the glorious capping ceremony of "Great Aim Central City" was held grandly on the top of Building 3A1 of the project. Firstly, Great Aim Group and the construction unit Jiangsu Huajian respectively addressed the leaders at each level and people from all quarters of the society who attended the capping ceremony and expressed heart-felt gratitude to citizens of Shenzhen who showed care about the project's construction all the time.
The leader of Great Aim Group said, the smooth capping of the project was the result of common efforts of all people. The group will continue to carry forward the spirit of unity, cooperation and forging ahead with determination, seek perfection and do well in the decoration work in the next stage and build another wonderful residential project.
The construction unit, Jiangsu Huajian, expressed that it would continue to uphold the management philosophy of "Forging Best Works in Pursuit of Excellence" and build for the owners a Central City with scientific and strict management and fine engineering quality.
After the speech was over, representatives of Great Aim Group declared that the project was officially capped. Leaders and guests who attended the ceremony casted the final concrete for the project. Later in the sound of fire crackers, saluting gun and flying colored flags, all people at site witnessed the exciting moment together.
Recently, Great Aim Central City won an honorary title of a demonstrative project as "Excellent Site for Production Safety and Civilized Construction". And it was also one of the rare under-construction projects to win such an honor in Longgang district of Shenzhen. The construction of the project was undertaken by Jiangsu Huajian, a construction unit with special-grade qualification as a national general contractor of architectural engineering. "Jiangsu Huajian" had successively won 14 Lu Ban awards, 3 national awards for excellence, 7 ministry's awards for excellence and 8 national user satisfactory projects, and has been granted with honorary titles such as "award for special honor in building Lu Ban projects", "an enterprise with special honor in building Lu Ban projects" and "national excellent enterprise for engineering construction quality management".

No stop in pursuit of quality in the first release of Longteng urban renewal of 6 million ㎡
Though Great Aim Central City can be named as an independent quarter, it absolutely does not exist alone. As the first released part of Longteng urban renewal project of 6 million ㎡, it joined hands with CITIC, Hazens, Vanke and Gemdale to build a riverside central living quarter of 6 million ㎡.
