On the afternoon of January 29, the2018 Summary Conference & 2019 Mobilization Conference of Great Aim Groupwas held at the Millennium Palace of Zhuhai Holiday Resort. Presided over byCheng Yin, the administrative director of the Group, the conference wasattended by nearly a thousand persons including members of the board ofdirectors, staff and employees of each center, company, department and office.

First, President Yu delivered a summaryreport on the work done and the performances achieved in 2018, proposed theworking concepts for 2019 and reported the annual evaluation results of eachfunctional department and company of the Group.
President Yu said, 2018 was the mostdifficult year for the Group since its establishment. Because the country fullytightened its macro policy, the entire real estate capital market entered a “FrozenEra” which featured difficult and costly financing. In the face of such asituation, headed by the board of directors centered around Chairman Yang Feng,the whole Group sized up the situation, worked together sincerely to overcomethe difficulties and crises together.
“In the past year, the Group has notonly maintained a good reputation record in financial systems, but also made ahost of historical breakthroughs in the progress of our main business realestate projects and other projects.” President Yu said, “Our high-tech sectorhas also advanced against the situation. The industrialization of scientificand technological fruits marked by the smart shopping carts for supermarketshas also achieved a long-term development.”

Mei said, in early 2018 under thedirect leadership of the board of directors, the Group made a significantadjustment to its real estate business and established a real estatedepartment. In the second half of 2018, the real estate department and ShenzhenCompany were combined. Regulations were formulated on the operation andmanagement of our real estate business. By establishing and perfecting ourmanagement system and model, our real estate segment gradually formed goodrunning conditions.
Meanwhile, Mei particularly stressed,in the new year we shouldered a heavy burden and would fall behind if we did notadvance. All staff of the real estate segment reached a consensus. Meanwhile,we should cover up our shortage in our milestone plans to guarantee the qualityof our projects and spread the positive energy. In this way, we will go back tothe right track.

He pointed out, 2018 was an extraordinary year, the toughest andmost challenging year for the 24-year-old Great Aim Group, which could bedescribed as a “candle in the wind”. The candle will be blown out easily. In2018, a “vortex of the times” swept China and the world, which was generated inthe collision of two torrents from inside and outside.
“In the past year we were all protagonistsin the story, but we did not know where the story will end. This was aturbulent situation once-in-a-century.” Chairman Yang sighed, “In the pastyear, all people of Great Aim Group worked busily to deal with frequentemergencies.”

Four projects have obtained a commencement permit. Thecapital planning department has overcome numerous difficulties and won theapproval for the largest sum of fund raised in 2018. The market transformationof optical communication was successful, which has effectively promoted thelisting of the company, and so on.

We willshift from a passive state to an active state, position accurately and deployour new strategies and milestones, and usher in the 25th birthday ofthe Group with excellent performances and return to the right track.”
