It’s time to set sail in the springtime. On themorning of February 17, Great Aim Group convened the first meeting of its realestate department of 2019 at the meeting room on the third floor of ShenzhenRongce Urban Investment. The meeting was presided over by Fei Zhuhui, generalmanager of Shenzhen branch, attended by Yang Feng, Chairman of the Group, MeiHeli, executive vice president, Yao Zheng, vice president, Yang Jiaqiong,financial director, Chen Xiaobin, vice president, Cheng Yin, administrativedirector, Dai Di, vice chairman of the board of Shenzhen branch, the heads ofrelevant functional departments of the real estate department and the person incharge of each project.

At the meeting, Mei Heli, executive vice presidentof the Group, first summarized and reviewed the work done by the real estatedepartment in 2018, analyzed the current situation and deployed the key work of2019. He pointed out, the past year was an extremely extraordinary year. Allemployees of real estate department at each level worked with an awareness ofurgency and crisis under the correct leadership of Chairman Yang “accuratepositioning and forward thinking”. All employees tried harder to solve leftoverproblems, perfect projects, optimize the team and promote the commencement ofprojects. Meanwhile, all employees emphasized implementation, responsibility,methods and efficiency, unify their thoughts to actively deal with problems andmake concrete efforts.

Mei stressed, following the requirements ofChairman Yang, this year the real estate department should “return to the righttrack”, be operated and managed as a regular real estate developer, shift froma passive state to an active state and fulfill its milestone plansscientifically. He pointed out, to return to the right track, we must do wellthe work in five aspects in 2019. First, all employees of the real estatesegment must form a consensus and get rid of the passive state. Second, we mustfocus on our milestone plans. Third, we must cover up our shortages and solvethe application and design issues of real estate development. Fourth, we mustguarantee the quality of projects. Fifth, we must carry on positive energy. Aslong as we uphold our faith and work hard to unleash our subjective initiative,we will truly customize feasible milestone plans and return to the right track.
The person in charge of each project reported theprogress of each project and their milestone plan of 2019. They respectivelyreported the engineering progress of each project and problems faced currentlyand raised relevant issues that need to be decided by the Group. The attendeeshad an in-depth discussion on such issues as engineering technology research,operation control, operation and maintenance management and put forward severalconstructive suggestions. They said that in the future they would rationallyplan the milestone nodes of each project and enhance their subjectiveinitiative to ensure that each indicator of 2019 was fulfilled.

At the meeting, Chairman Yang sized up thesituation and delivered a New Year speech with the title of “Seeking for Spring”from a height of a century-lasting Great Aim. “I seek for spring by riversideon a fine day, O what refreshing sight does the boundless view bring? I findthe face of vernal wind in easy way: Myriads of reds and violets reveal onlyspring.” Attending a meeting of the real estate department for the first time,Chairman Yang started his speech by quoting a poem “Spring Day” by Zhu Xi, apoet of the Song Dynasty. He said, though today we were not here to “seek forspring”, yet the time elapsed quickly. All people of Great Aim should make useof every minute. Using the comparisons of ancient zither and rugby. An ancientzither is wide in front and narrow at the back, round above and square below,which is like the heaven and the earth. With a complete shape, it can give outa perfect sound. Here he implied that the real estate department should alsogive out a sound of positive energy like the ancient zither. The structure ofposts and functions should be like a rugby. The front end is the leadership,the center is the core and the back end is the front desk and servicespecialists. Each part should be highly compressed to squeeze out anyemptiness. Only in this way can the structure be filled with force.

Looking back to 2018 that has just passed, ChairmanYang pointed out, the real estate department was established at the right timefor the growth and development of the Group. In the past year, all people ofGreat Aim here today adhered to the tree-vine spirit of “Conduct goes beforework, integrity is the precondition to success” and worked hard to the lastmoment. The problems and hidden hazards that have remained unsolved were nowsolved.
Chairman Yang said with earnestness, “The unsolvedproblems have not been solved on a great momentum. 2018 has become a history,but it’s not the time for us to get relaxed. We have bid farewell to thedifficult 2018 in bitterness, yet the final outcome of history will not be invain. So far, the Group has finished the application for construction of fourprojects. All people of Great Aim have shifted from a passive state to anactive state. Today the real estate department is just like ‘grass and treescoming out with vigor in the spring’ and like the ‘perfect body of an ancientzither, which is consistent with the law of the heaven and the earth. For thisreason, we can give out positive energy and make our own voice heard, and thushave a chance to return to the right track.”

Looking into future, Chairman Yang Feng stressedthat the slogan of the Group in the new year was “to return to the right track”.We should seek benefits from energy and quality and fulfill our ideal from timeand space. The Group needs to deepen the reform of “people and posts”, promotegrowth and development from the reform of “people and posts” and plan ahead,perfect the AB roles of a post, continuously infuse fresh blood to guaranteethe continuous operation of the Group. We should focus on “five offerings”,namely offering more promotion, chances and praises, directions, titles andincentives.
Chairman Yangsaid, to guard the new platform in the new year, the real estate departmentshould refer to the successful experience of other real estate developers inthe industry. It should improve itself from eight aspects, namely earlyplanning, planning and designing, land resumption, exploration, invitation forbids in advance, paying attention to temporary settings, maintenance ofrelations with the government and delivery of land for commencement. We shouldremember the time limits of projects and never forget our mission and ideal. In2019, Great Aim Group is trying to fulfill itself in searching for a rightpath. In 2020, the Group will further enhance its strength and advance towardsthe goal of Top 100 in the national real estate sector.

The meeting wascontent-rich and compacted in agenda, which had a comprehensive study of theuniformity, systematicness and foresight of the operation and management of thereal estate department and deployed and arranged the specific milestone plansof 2019. In the end of the meeting, Chairman Yang profoundly judged the currenteconomic situation, carefully analyzed the opportunities and challenges facedby the Group and conveyed the positive signal to “seek survival and developmentin difficulties”. The strategic elaboration of Chairman Yang was far-sightedwith a firm goal and a clear mind, which was characterized by strong guidance,direction and pertinence and can be taken as a strategic guideline for thedepartment and an action guide for all employees for a period in the future andwas of important significance for the real estate department to enhance itsoverall working quality and efficiency.
