On the day of signing conference, when the board chairman of The Great Aim group Yang Feng saying the original intention of establishing the fund, he cited the the application of wealth of Nan Huai-Chin and said that “Wealth is not innate and fixed,and the real wise man should allocate enterprise and wealth according to trend variation. He is also an amateur of literature and art, and through the establishment of The Great Aim Special Fund, he hope to take the national art platform as a terrace to find and cultivate people with talents by talent mechanism .”
It is said that China Literature and Arts Foundation is founded in 1994, which is the supervisor of CFLAC and a social community registered in Ministry of Civil Affairs. The establishment of the Special Fund lays emphasis on young people literature and art, takes the cultivation of art and calligraphy personnel as the key goal as well as promote the subsidization and support of multi-directional foreign cultural communication, public culture projects and innovation and creation programs. In the 18 years since the “Literature and Arts Foundation”was founded, under the leadership of all previous leaders of the Party Committee from CFLAC, it has devoted to enhance the international communication of China literature and art, promoting the going out of China literature and art, in addition, take the “build the brand with responsibility”as working policy, and jointly create “National 5A”The Great Aim Literature and Art Special Fund .
After the ceremony, under the suggestion of Minister Hu, the artists expressed the improvisational emotion and wrote and drawn at the Calligraphy studio of the chairman Yang Feng.
